The Goals of the Diamond State Classic Foundation are:

1. To support female academics and athletics in the State of Delaware.
2. To financially aid Delaware Special Olympics, The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, and other community groups.
3. To highlight girl’s high school basketball in the State of Delaware by providing competition from teams that Delaware schools would rarely play, thus providing a stage for college coaches to see female athletes that play in Delaware.
4. To raise awareness of childhood cancers and other diseases.
5. To show our out-of-state visitors the qualities of the Diamond State.
